At Dhariwal Ayurveda, we take great pride in providing you with products of the highest quality. We understand that on rare occasions, you may need to request a return or replacement. To support you, we have designed a simple and transparent process to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Return & Replacement Policy
We allow replacements in the following cases:
- You have received a damaged product
- A product is missing from your order
- You have received a different product than what you ordered
If you do not wish to accept the order, you may refuse it at the time of delivery.
We appreciate your understanding and are always here to assist you with any concerns.
How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement, please contact our support team via email only within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept replacement requests via phone, social media, or other channels. When contacting us, provide:
- Your order ID
- Details of the issue with the product
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- An unboxing video
Our support team will check your request and revert with instructions on the next steps.
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- All labels, seals, and tags must remain intact
- The replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- A valid proof of purchase/order ID is required
Requests that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Non-Replacement Items
The following items are not eligible for replacement:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Leaking
- Incorrect or different from your order
Please report it to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to process your replacement request quickly and efficiently.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned product for replacement:
- Our team will carry out a thorough inspection to verify its condition
- The inspection process typically takes 3–5 business days
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection via email or phone
Dhariwal Ayurveda reserves the right to reject any replacement request if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Refund Process
While we primarily offer replacements, in rare cases where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to share bank details to process the refund
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the replacement is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless the replacement is approved due to a product issue from our end
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the replacement process once delivered
Non-Delivery Claims
- Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 45 days of the order date
- Requests for replacements or refunds outside this period will not be authorized
Exceptions
While this outlines our standard replacement and refund process, certain cases may have exceptions. Dhariwal Ayurveda reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any dispute regarding replacements, refunds, or cancellations.
