If, within 7 days from the date of delivery, you find that the product you received is sealed, unused, and not up to your expectations, or if it has any defects, you may initiate a return. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
Return Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned product, our team will carry out a thorough inspection to verify its condition. We aim to complete this step as quickly as possible and will update you within a reasonable timeframe.
After the return is approved, we will process your refund using the same payment method used during the original purchase.
