Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or Speed Post. All orders are dispatched within 2–3 days, or as per the delivery schedule agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to the norms of the respective courier company or postal service.

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional constraints. While we ensure your order is handed over to our courier or postal partners within 2–3 days of confirmed payment (or as per the agreed dispatch date), the final delivery time depends on their operational timelines.

All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. In the event of a refund or cancellation after the order has been dispatched, only the product cost will be eligible for a refund, and the original shipping fee will be deducted.
